Carlos George, 48 years old of Akron, Ohio and formerly of Elyria passed away on Saturday, November 12, 2016.Carlos was born on February 28, 1968 in Conway, South Caroling and made his home in Elyria before moving to Akron 8 years ago. He attended Elyria High School and was employed as an operator of heavy equipment for Shelley’s Corporation. He is survived by his significant other, Nikkie of Akron, Ohio; a sister, Mary (Delbert) Sanders of Tampa, Florida; brothers, Charles (Leah) Nutter of Mt. Morris, Pennsylvania, James (Glenna) Nutter of Elyria, and Donald Nutter of Elyria. Many nieces and nephews, including a special niece, Cheyann, survive. He is also survived by his parents, Brian E. and Dorothy (nee Goodwin) George. Friends will be received at the Reichlin Roberts Funeral Home, 327 Cleveland Street, Elyria, Ohio 44035 on Friday, November 18, 2016 from 4 to 7 P.M. Funeral services will be in the funeral home on Saturday, November 19, 2016 at 10:00 A.M. with the Reverend Father Frank P. Kosem, Pastor of St. Jude Church officiating. The family request memorial contributions to St. Jude Children’s Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN 38105.

I WENT TO ELYRIA HIGH WITH CARLOS BACK IN THE 80'S. HE WAS A VERY NICE GUY AND HE MADE THOSE BORING CLASSES FUN TO BE IN. I AM SORRY FOR YOUR LOSS.
